Houston Support Resources

Bo's Place:
The amazing team at Bo's Place puts together pregnancy loss support groups that allow you to express your emotions and bond with other women who share similar experiences. This is a safe place to talk, cry, laugh...whatever you need. I can't say thank you enough to our facilitators and the fabulous women who I met through this group.

Face2Face Groups:
Face2Face Southwest Houston:
Face2Face Southwest Houston is a local group for women who have suffered any type of pregnancy or infant loss. This group will provide a safe supportive place for members to discuss their loss and feelings with others who share their experiences. I am the group leader for the Southwest Houston Group so feel free to contact me with any questions. You can check out our Facebook page below:

Face2Face Northwest Houston:
Face2Face Northwest Houston is a friendship group for women looking for a safe and supportive place to grieve and talk about their losses without shame while making new friendships along the way. Take a look at the group page by following the link below:
M.E.N.D. (Mommies Enduring Neonatal Death) is a Christian, non-profit organization that reaches out to families who have suffered the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, or early infant death. They publish free bi-monthly newsletters and hold two commemorative ceremonies each year.

The Houston chapter of this organization sent me a wonderful support bag following the loss of Aiden. This bag included a lot of resources and gifts but my favorite item is a beautiful purple journal that I use to write letters to Aiden. I love this journal and I am so grateful to the wonderful people at M.E.N.D. for the care package.
